· 2 – 5 years in retail management experience

· A team player with the ability to lead, train, and grow a team of up to 5 employees
· Passion for Beer, Wine and Spirits

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Establish a sales-focused store culture
· Training, coaching, and developing new team members
· Establish, monitor, and control inventory
· Direct merchandising
· Manage in-store promotions
· Complete schedules
· Carrying out daily bank deposits
· Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety & Alberta Employment Standards regulations
· Ensure compliance with AGLC guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
