Solution Architect (Retail/POS) Job at Tradestream Tech
Our client in the professional services industry is looking for Solution Architect to work on their Retail client POS implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive solution design of Retail/POS solutions
- Facilitate discussions between IT and business teams
- Leverage your knowledge of current retail and Omni channel industry trends to advise on solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements
- Document and present solutions, proposals and roadmaps
Requirements
- 10+ years in retail IT environments
- 5+ years solution architecture, preferably in retail solutions
- 5+ years Systems Analysis experience
- 5+ years business analysis experience
- 3+ years leading retail project teams (as technical team lead)
- Understanding of current retail and Omni channel industry trends
- Experience driving retail IT roadmaps
- Understanding of retail business concepts and the IT architecture and systems required to enable them
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing POS systems and/or interfacing POS systems with other retail systems
- Hybris/SAP experience
- Telco/wireless industry knowledge/experience
- GK POS experience
- Fujitsu POS experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
