Job Description Summary:

As a Software Developer, you will be researching, designing, implementing, testing, and managing software changes and features

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to determine requirements and design solutions.
• Writing and implementing supportable code
• Training users
• Working closely with other developers, account managers, project managers, and customers
• Travel to customer sites for 1-2 weeks per trip, up to 3 trips per year

Skills and Requirements:

• You have up to 2+ years of experience writing solid code in object-oriented programming languages like C# or Java.
• You are familiar with relational databases and have a good grasp of the differences between data persistence in the database and data modeling in your code.
• You may even have experience in the Microsoft .NET programming stack and perhaps have worked with Windows Forms, WPF, WCF Web Services, and HTML5.
• You flourish in a team environment where collaboration with other teams ranging from quality assurance to customer-service results in software you are proud of and which satisfies your customer’s needs in the best way possible. You have the strong communication and writing skills required to communicate your ideas to MAJIQ teammates and your customers.
• You are a self-starter and work well on your own, knowing that the rest of the team is there to back you up and is available to jump in to provide assistance and guidance at any time. and how you might change it to improve your user’s experience with your software.You enjoy meeting the users of your software face-to-face to learn how they are using your IT
