- Minimum 5 years experience in the low rise residential construction industry
- Experience as a foreman is a must
- Ability to read drawings, plans, blueprints
- Must hold a current & valid drivers license
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral
- Responsible for communication and coordination between office staff and sub contractors
- Strong knowledge and adherence to Occupation Hazards and Safety Precautions
- Valid Safety Training Certificates (Working at Heights Certificate, WHMIS, & OHSA in 4 steps, etc.)
- Ability to supervise workers and projects
- Ability to order materials, equipment and supplies
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as production reports, tool box talks, safety meetings, equipment logs, inspection reports and order changes
- Develop, monitor and maintain PDI closing schedules
- Manage on time delivery of individual projects as per contracted scopes of work
- Ensure Promark Aluminum site safety program is adhered to at all times
- Ensure installation accuracy for all jobs
