About the Senior Sales Associate Position:

As a FIELDS Senior Sales Associate, you will provide excellent service to customers, while maintaining merchandise presentation and signage standards. You will work under the leadership of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and will play a key role in loss prevention and health and safety. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are not on duty. The Senior Sales Associate position is a key step in development towards an Assistant Store Manager role.

Requirements :

• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Cash and tender handling
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Some level of secondary education or equivalent is preferred
• Previous retail experience is an asset.
