What is the Opportunity?
The Senior Product Manager – Sales Enablement will be responsible for helping define and deliver on the product strategy for the end to end digital process and tooling to support Sales and Marketing for US Cash Management clients. We have a unique opportunity at RBC to build the cash management business of the future from the ground up. While we are building differentiated digital experiences for clients, a key aspect of the strategic differentiation emanates from our ability to accelerate and optimize the sales dialogues with large client, the impressions of which are cemented during their ongoing relationship with RBC.
What will you do?
Support the Product Strategy & Execution for US Cash Management Sales Enablement in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other cross functional partners
Drive the digitization of user journeys and process flows for client and staff experiences during sales processes
Drive the development of the digital sales and CRM platforms
Help articulate and execute on shared OKRs and KPIs for Sales Enablement outcomes
Be the voice of the Sales value stream in various internal and external forums
Proactively propose and implement innovations in optimizing sales pipelining, reporting, process
What do you need to succeed?
Strong Product Management background – Adept in Human Centered Design, Strong understanding of technical concepts and strong business acumen
Strong command of Digital Sales processes, ideally for enterprise clientele
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Awareness of marketing tools/platforms that enable automation in enterprise Sales
Experience in helping craft user experience flows in tandem with backend processes/platforms
Proven track record of driving success in programs anchored on straight through processing / digitization
Ability to act as the product owner, providing end to end oversight of product in partnership with internal stakeholders and clients

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $180,000 - $210,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
