Full Stack Developer
- Develop, test and implement enhancements into existing system including:
- Front-end web application development.
- Back-end application development.
- Designing and developing effective APIs
- Deploying and testing applications to ensure functionality, performance, responsiveness and efficiency.
- Creating test cases, test plans and automated test scripts for unit tests.
- Troubleshooting, debugging and fixing bugs.
- Creating security and data protection settings and measures.
- Transition knowledge as requested by the customer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using best practices.
- Support the customer in planning and provide input for progress reporting.
- Proactively identify and communicate any issues impacting schedules.
- Working using agile method (planning meetings, review meetings, stand-up meetings, development, etc.)
Other
- The resource must be located within Canada.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with customers as a technical resource.
- Appropriately manage client expectations on work assignments and responses to quality issues.
- Understand timelines and identify issues impacting timeline as necessary.
- Provide accurate estimates for work assigned as requested.
- Analyze user requirements for changes or enhancements.
- Provide regular status updates to the project manager.
- Develop and provide input to system documentation.
- Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and must be a good team player.
- Must possess a commitment to high quality deliverables.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members.
Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience
- JavaScript – Min 5 years
- Experience with React, AngularJS or Vue.
- Experience building applications with Typescript.
- Java – Min 5 years
- Experience developing APIs Java Spring Framework.
- Experience with SQLServer or Oracle SQL Development – 3 years.
