Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will act as an expert in support, implementation and software development of the Microsoft AX 2012 R3 platform. As an internal expert, you will work closely with external consultants and various partners.
Task description:
· Carry out the development and support of the ERP system;
· Ensure the planning, technical documentation and implementation of various projects;
· Follow up with the various external stakeholders;
· Work in collaboration with the infrastructure team;
· Validate the quality of modifications before their implementation;
· Perform system analysis, coding, testing, quality assurance, documentation, integration and maintenance;
· Collect and analyze project needs and change requests;
· Actively participate in various ERP team re-engineering committees and workshops;
· Analyze and measure the results of development activities using performance indicators (KPI) and propose solutions for improvement;
· Study post-implementation problems and propose solutions for improvement;
· Issue recommendations and solutions regarding the improvement of the performance of the AX software;
· Work in collaboration with logistics specialists to fully understand business issues and target effective solutions;
· All other related tasks.
Required Skills:
· Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or an undergraduate university degree in computer engineering, an asset;
· Experience in developing and using various modeling techniques for requirements definition (use cases, wireframes/conceptual prototypes, process flow diagrams, etc.);
· Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 software development;
· Excellent skills in programming, analysis and problem solving;
· Experience with WHS distribution environments (WMS);
· In-depth knowledge of software development in D365 F&O an asset;
· Mastery of MSSQL;
· Knowledge in the development of SSRS reports;
· Experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Azure DevOps;
· Be able to manage several files at the same time while managing priorities;
· Excellent understanding of French and English (verbal and written);
· Ability to work under pressure and provide exceptional support in a critical production system;
· Autonomy, professionalism and dynamics.
