About the Position:

Patrol the interior and exterior of a luxury high-rise waterfront Condominium in Etobicoke. As a Security Guard you must provide security, safety and excellent customer service to all our residents and everyone you interact with. You will identify residents' needs, answer questions and provide direction and instructions to residents and their guests. You will be expected to maintain privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential. Occasional access control duties will be required as well as monitoring CCTV cameras.

Job Description:

• Complete regular patrols of the exterior grounds, underground parking, and interior common elements
• Complete detailed daily occurrence report
• Report to Control Desk staff on duty and assist with noise and complaint investigations
• Complete pre- and post-move inspections of elevators and hallways
• Complete parking checks and record vehicle information
• Enforce Condominium rules
• Relocate shopping carts as required

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Physically capable of performing the required duties
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills (English)

• Good problem solving skills

• Confident in dealing with interpersonal conflict

• A high attention to detail
• Good time management skills

• Exhibit polite and professional communication in-person and by phone

The shift is scheduled Monday to Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for a total of 40 hours per week.
