InSchoolwear is seeking a talented, outgoing individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. We are looking for someone who would benefit from part-time hours with the potential to move to full time during busier months at our Oakville location.

This is a great opportunity for a professional with a background in retail to work in a fun and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers and will be responsible for maintaining store functions, assisting customers, and making sales. The Retail Sales Associate must be positive, highly motivated and able to handle small amounts of stress.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers.
• Following guidelines to ensure clients get proper merchandise.
• Persuading customers to buy merchandise.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Managing inventory.
• Answering customer questions about products.
• Keeping a clean and tidy workspace.
• Learning and understanding the POS system & handling cash transactions
