Sales Marketer

(Responsibilities)

The Sales Marketer is responsible for going out and meeting all our potential clients and making a good first impression, and explaining all our services to them in a very detailed description. Sales Marketers will also be responsible for marking down their turf and which areas have been marketed and detailed notes at the end of every shift about each session.

(Expectations)

What we expect from our employees is to be on time, attend all meetings, have a positive attitude and be open to learning. We have the blueprint to train our employees with little to no experience to be fully comfortable with their day to day work with Diamond.

What you can expect from us is continuous training and mentorship to make sure you are getting the result you desire. We have our weekly meeting to ensure all our employees are getting all the help they need to ensure success.

We also have our Payroll events with our entire Organization once a month for an exclusive dinner where we get to have fun and really get to know each other in the organization and have a blast!

Every employee of an entry level position with Diamond West Windows is REQUIRED to start off as a Sales Marketer unless advised otherwise.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
• Tips
