Greenhawk is the largest and most progressive player in the Canadian equine industry and is currently looking to fill both full- & part-time sales associate role at our Gormley location close to Stouffville, ON. Incorporated in 1985, Greenhawk is Canada’s largest retailer and distributor of equestrian products, with corporate retail stores, a franchising division, a mail order catalogue department and an ecommerce web site. We are dynamic, intense and growth oriented.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, courteous manner
- Work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends
- Merchandise Store as per Greenhawk standards
Skill sets required:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the horse industry is required in order to be considered for this position
- Assesses customer needs and provide expert advice about available products
- Demonstrates features and benefits of any product, which may complement the sale
- Merchandises and maintains the assigned area to its best image i.e. displays, presentations, labels, signage, and ordering needs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as proven team membership skills
- Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essentials
- Good decision-making abilities and problem solving skills
