The sales and rental admin assistant opening is with Trailer Pros Canada a subsidiary company of Leisure Days RV Group located at 301 Dundas St W, Napanee, ON.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Answer the phones and field calls for office employees, transfer to the appropriate individual.
  • Greet customers, clients and staff and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support the Sales Team and perform back -up related duties when required.
  • Collect, open, and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis; maintain mailing lists.
  • Maintain a daily activity schedule for employees as required.
  • Respond to office services requests and inquiries
  • Verify, sign, and process for daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the General Manager / sales Manager
  • Complete word processing and photocopying as requested.
  • Order, distribute, and maintain an inventory of in-stock such as stationary, forms and office supplies.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of office space for meetings and in-service training as required
  • Take minutes for meetings as requested and maintain corresponding filing systems.
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
  • Adhere to Leisure Days RV Group Policies and Procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate company personnel.

Key Qualities & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role - office settings
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to multi-task along with good time-management skills
  • Customer service attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Secondary School Diploma or completion of a clerical or receptionist training program is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrated ability and competency with respect to keyboarding, multi-line telephone systems and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
