Job Summary

Subaru City is upping the ante and needs a high-performing Sales Consultant to add to our team. All the common goodies that you would expect, such as 2 weeks' vacay right out of the gate, plus a super pay plan that rewards you for putting in that little extra. We are looking for a charismatic and skilled Sales Consultant to approach potential and prior clients and enlighten them on the amazing Subaru brand while building good relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their future business.

To be successful as a Sales Consultant you must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in sales. A good Sales Consultant combines charisma with sales knowledge to create a compelling sales pitch.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to questions and requests
• Greet clients in person and determine what they need
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Create compelling sales pitches
• Complete all paperwork relating to a sale
• Reach out to potential clients to inform them about the Subaru product

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certificate
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience working in automotive preferred
• Experience working in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to gauge client needs
• Charismatic personality
• Ability to pass a background check
