Cascades Prince George is currently looking for a Class 1 Professional Driver to join our Transportation team and drive the Company's Roll-Off Truck. This position is a four-on/four-off rotation, starting at 7:00am till 18:30, with potential overtime on days off.

This position will be based out of the Cascades Recovery+ Prince George location, driving a Roll-Off Truck to various customer locations around Northern BC, to pick up their recycled materials to then bring back to the Cascades PG Plant, or refuse to the Foothills Landfill.

Position Requirements:

• Must possess a valid minimum Class 1 license.
• A minimum 2 years truck driving experience.
• Have Air Break Endorsement
• A clean drivers abstract
• Previous experience in a related industry (materials recovery, waste management, etc.) would be a definite asset.

Position Details:

• Complete Pre & Post-trip truck circle checks as per itemized inspection sheet.
• Complete any repair orders for your truck to ensure that your truck is in a safe condition.
• As a representative of the Company, it is important to always be neat in appearance and courteous to our clients.
• Ensure that all loads being transported are loaded in a safe and secure manner
• Complete all job specific paperwork including route sheets, work orders, scale tickets, mileage report and log book.
