The Returns Processing Associate is responsible for processing all returned items in a timely and efficient manner. This includes inspecting the items for any damages or missing parts, cleaning and repairing the items as needed, and preparing the items for resale on online marketplaces.Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process all returned items, including inspecting the items for damages or missing parts and documenting any issues found
• Clean and repair returned items as needed, using appropriate cleaning materials and tools
• Test and verify that the items are in proper working condition before preparing them for resale
• Prepare the items for resale by creating listings on online marketplaces and ensuring that the items are accurately described and photographed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including restocking items as needed and disposing of any items that are not suitable for resale
• Follow all company policies and procedures including those related to returns processing and marketplace sales

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
• Experience in a customer service or returns processing role is preferred
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with online marketplaces and inventory management systems is preferred
