RETAIL PRICING COORDINATOR

At Warehouse One our Retail Pricing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our in-store prices, reflected in the point of sale system, are correct. Between everyday prices, changing promotional activities, and markdowns our product’s price changes as it moves through the product lifecycle. By preparing the correct files to be downloaded to the POS system, with a focus on timing and accuracy, this role works behind the scenes to ensure that the check out process is a seamless one for our in-store customers! This role will also have the opportunity to have their hands in other administrative functions within our business.

What you’ll be a part of

• Preparing and organizing price files in Excel (promotions, markdowns) to be loaded into the store POS System; data entry with a requirement for accuracy and attention to detail
• Entering data into our merchandising system, Aptos
• Creating and formatting files to be sent to our retail store teams
• Understanding the flow of the product lifecycle and pricing strategies; being aware of upcoming promotional changes and the impacts on the product in our database/systems
• Verifying the accuracy of information, trouble shooting, and seeking out missing information
• Collaborating with stakeholders in store operations, visual merchandising, IT and other departments
• Working as a support within the allocations team to ensure timely distribution of product from our distribution centre to stores
• Providing administrative support to the merchandising team as needed; purchase order and style information entry during peak times
• Working as part of the team to support vacation and coverage for other absences

• A highly organized and detail orientated individual; you love a plan!
• You have been successful in data entry focused roles
• You are an excellent problem solver and have a high sense of responsibility
• Tight deadlines don’t worry you and you stay calm under pressure
• You’re excited to learn
• You have strong computer acumen and confidence working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Customer service is important to you
• You have great written and oral communication skills
• You ideally have experience working in retail and/or as a cashier
