What you are responsible for:

• Answer phones act as a source of communication.
• Assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
• Assist the front desk and Group Sales in Group/Travel Agency reservations.
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
• Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience, practise upselling/suggestive selling etc.
• Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
• Input reservations into PMS system that come through Reservations e-mail.
• Input group rooming lists
• Be a point of contact for groups checking in
• Cross reference OTA invoices to ensure accuracy/reconciling commissions.
• Input e-mail reservations into PMS system from wholesale FIT clients.
• Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
• Support front desk operations.

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
