Mindful Mountains is a person-first network of health professionals serving individuals in-person on Vancouver Island and virtually throughout British Columbia and Canada. We specialize in mental health, neurodiversity (such as ADHD and Autism) and chronic pain. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must live in the Comox Valley
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have OTA/RA certification

Job Responsibilities: Certified Rehabilitation Assistant

• Scheduled visits with clients to carry out discussed plans outlined by the OT- Typically an hour to an hour and a half per client
• Visits can take place is many different environments, wether that is in the client’s home, the park, a mall, the grocery store; travel is tracked and billed
• Grading activities set out by the OT - The RA is responsible for carrying graded exposure or activity plans as outlined by the OT. The plans are made more or less challenging by changing small aspects of the activity to work towards the clients goals at a rate that is appropriate for each individual client
• Recording all hours worked with clients in an excel spreadsheet
• Inputing hours/units into the specific billing system for each client
• Charting on JANE (the Practice APP used by Mindful Mountains)
• Weekly or bi weekly meetings with OT to discuss client treatment and interactions

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
