We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team to sell, promote, and support the Fantech and Greentek IAQ product lines. Using superior communication skills, you will work on maintaining our current customer base, along with expanding our distribution in Western Canada. Primarily, this role is responsible for ensuring our business objectives are met and exceeded as we continue to grow Systemair’s success.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Execute regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives

- Support independent rep agencies in their day-to-day operation by promoting products, supporting current business, and developing new business

- Call on dealers, wholesalers, and engineers in Western Canada

- Review and analyze monthly regional sales results with the National Sales Director

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities

- Support customer inquiries and suggest prompt solutions to ensure customer satisfaction remains top priority

- Suggest new services/products to increase customer satisfaction

- Remotely supervise a team of sales agents and set profitable goals

- This position requires you to attend trade shows, association functions, and overnight travels

- Assume other related tasks assigned by Director

Qualifications

- Professional level of written and verbal communication in English required, both official languages an asset

- Thorough experience in Microsoft Office required

- High-speed internet connection required

- Post-secondary education in Business and/or HVAC-related fields or equivalent experience an asset

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of Sales Management experience preferred

- Excellent negotiation skills required

- Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently

- Moderate physical effort – able to lift between 10 and 50lbs at times

- Travel is required, up to 50%, centered to Western Canada with other locations a possibility

- Superior Presentation skills required – comfortable speaking and presenting in front of 10 or 20 people at times

- Ability to remain calm while under pressure
