Apex Well Servicing Inc. is currently looking to fill the Recruitment/Onboarding position. A new member of our admin staff to be part of our dynamic team. Our goal is to run our operations with not only the best equipment, but also the best people. We provide services to the Energy Sector in Alberta & Western Canada.
The successful Candidate's Responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:
· Placing Job Ads on Indeed & Social Media sites as requested.
· Print Resumes as the come in for Management to review.
· Contact Potential New Hires upon management approval, call references.
· Schedule and confirm appointment New Hires
· Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
· Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
· Answer electronic enquiries
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Efficiently monitor the coverall program and policies
· Code Fuel statement and invoices
· Monitor rig hours and data entry
· Audit employee spreadsheets (Drivers lists, Orientation Tracker and Competency program)
· Business Equipment and Computer knowledge an asset but willing to train the right candidate
· MS Office (Excel, Word, Etc)
· Well Organized
· Able to Multi-task in fast paced environment

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
