We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. A successful candidate for this position will have a background in customer service and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills. Our Customer Service Representatives interact with customers every day, so we are looking for someone who is helpful, friendly, quick to learn and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries from customers.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise.
- Calculate orders and record sales taken by telephone or in person.
- Compile, gather and record information concerning sales, marketing and other department activities.
- Assign special projects to staff members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
