What is the opportunity?
The Global Client Relationship Management team within Capital Markets space is responsible for managing and maintaining the salesforce eco system with more than 2500 users supporting global markets and banking business units. The QA Analyst will be responsible to closely work with CTB and BA's to test and automate the business requirements. In this role you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation of the above mentioned. This role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished on schedule.
What will you do?
- Planning and prioritizing testing activities, suggesting automated software test procedures
- Tracking software bugs and investigating the causes, preparing automation scripts
- Troubleshooting automation software issues
- Creating test plans and cases, preparing detailed test reports, prioritizing and executing tests
- Reviewing technical specifications and design documents
- Conducting regression testing when needed
- Monitoring assurance metrics and process results
- Can help manage QA process around sprint delivery /releases, learn and enhance CRM QA testing Platform including extending functionality Automation
What do you need to succeed?
- 3+ years of related QE experience
- Experience working with Selenium or related technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong communication skills
