ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Manager with a keen interest in advanced technologies to lead our engineering, manufacturing, and service teams towards successful delivery of our projects.

This position requires an agile team leader with excellent communications skills and a clear sense of responsibility to deliver on our promise to our customers and the environment and stay true to our principles.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage deployment of multiple projects from initiation to closure

• Work with business sponsors to develop effective and efficient project plans

• Manage project schedule and budget to monitor project health

• Develop a deep understanding of customer expectations to provide excellent customer support

• Seek win-win solutions in technically and commercially challenging customer interactions

• Promote dialogue within and across teams and build consensus

• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and the external environment

• Manage risks and issues in a proactive and constructive manner

• Develop all project management related documentation

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE DEVELOPMENT

• Facilitate continuous improvement of the project management role

• Champion ongoing education and application of project management methodologies throughout the organization

• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering field preferred

• Knowledge of engineering and advanced manufacturing processes considered an asset

• PMI certification considered an asset

• Familiarity with project management tools and software packages

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Preferably 2 years of project management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
