About Our Delivery & Project Management Craft
This Craft partners directly with internal teams and clients to deliver high value and quality programs, projects and deliverables. They are responsible for balancing timelines, scopes, and budgets while collaborating with subject matter experts, project leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure we meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Work Term: May to August/2023
Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
The Project Management Office (PMO) partners with our clients and internal teams to deliver high value and quality programs, projects, and deliverables. While balancing timelines, scopes, and budgets this team collaborates with subject matter experts, client services, and client stakeholders to ensure projects meet clients’ business objectives. The PMO has smart, dedicated, and team-oriented individuals who work with diverse cross-functional teams to do the right thing for our clients. We apply the rigor of best practices while continually evolving our ways of working to improve our delivery and client outcomes.
What you will do:
- Coordinate project management activities across various teams
- Understand risk mitigation
- Work with the Project Management and Client Services leads to understand and support the client business
- Demonstrate knowledge of external and internal project budgets, and is able to track against those budgets
- Understand the project scope
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the workflow, tasks and schedule and ensures team is aware of key milestones
What we need from you:
- Be graduating by April 2023 or has graduated from a post-secondary program within the past two years in Project Management focused on Digital Marketing, or related area
- Advertising agency experience is major bonus points
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong client service mindset, in both delivery and solutions
- Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, financial processing / tools
- Certifications considered but not mandatory
