Our sawmill in Elko, BC is currently seeking summer students to join our amazing team for the 2023 Summer Season.

You’re the type that needs to finish your assigned tasks and your ambition to put in a solid day’s work sets you above the rest. This entry-level role’s perks are numerous; the pay is extremely competitive (over $32/hour). This job is hard work, and that only makes it more attractive to you. It will require you to be available for shiftwork and work in an environment that includes exposure to dusts, chemicals and machinery. If you are up for the challenge, bring your positive attitude and safe work ethic to the team at Canfor.

To be eligible to apply, you are attending an educational institution full-time during the 2023 academic year and are registered for a program that leads to a recognized degree or diploma. To stand out from the crowd, be sure to highlight your previous industrial work experience.
