We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Merchandise team as a
Private Brands Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, Private Brand, in this role you will provide administrative support and project coordination to Home’s Private Brands Packaging portfolio.

What you’ll do:
- Work with the internal Finance team to establish and set up an effective billing management process for vendor packaging artwork costs; maintain, monitor and follow-up as required.
- Coordinate all Private Brand packaging invoicing processes to support the Private Brand annual budget
- Build, implement and coordinate the workflows, processes, and plans for the Private Brand packaging portfolio, in collaboration with the Private Brand Manager, Retail Consultant and Rodmell.
- Communicate packaging processes to the Merchandising team and provide support during packaging revamp projects. Coordinate with suppliers and external agencies.
- Provide internal management exception and milestone reporting.
- Analyze brands, category performance and other key performance indicators to support the Private Brand portfolio.
- Attend various Private Brand meetings, record meeting minutes, and distribute to appropriate Team Members and other key stakeholders.
- Provide other support for the department as requested by the Private Brand Manager and/or Director.
What we’re looking for:
- Post- Secondary education in Business.
- Merchandising and Private Brands experience an asset.
- Computer skills and familiarity with Excel and PPT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative and multi-task.
- Knowledge of Home Hardware’s departments, systems and processes a definite asset.
