Job description
The ideal candidate is focused on health and well-being, both physically and mentally. They should love working in a positive community environment that welcomes people from all walks of life. We are looking for positive, engaging personalities who truly value helping members maintain their motivation and reach their goals.
Requirements:
Valid and active personal training certification
First Aid & CPR certified
Available to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Emphasis on circuit, HIIT, resistance training
Social media experience an asset
Punctual, good communication skills
Duties:
Greet and check-in members as they enter the studio
Describe and demonstrate all exercises used in workout each day (changes daily)
Direct members in proper flow of circuit
Provide instruction on proper technique
Give modifications to members who may require them
Introduce new trail members to the gym and F45 concept
Set up equipment for each class
Clean and maintain the studio and equipment (additional sanitation duties required as per Covid guidelines)
