Payroll/Accounting Assistance
· Payroll Administrator
· Benefits administrator
· Provide assistance to Comptroller as required
Member intake and Student Administration
· Manage student wait list
· Assist Ground School Coordinator
· Administer required email accounts
· BC Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) Co-ordinator/Administrator
o Update student contracts (PTIB) and information brochures as required
o Complete Student Data Report to submission to PTIB on an annual basis
o Maintain compliance with PTIB
· Provide information to new or prospective members
· Prepare new member files
· Student Aid Coordinator
o Prepare Letters of Enrollment as required
o Maintain Student Aid data base
· Assist with matching instructors with new members
· Responsible for annual T2202 submissions
· Education quality assurance
· DLI compliance reporting (IRCC)
Dispatch and Customer Service
· Provide customer service
· Dispatch duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
