Work Schedule: Monday-Saturdays, 8am-5pm (5-Day Work Week)

A Day in the Life

• Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts
• Assist suppliers, customers, service technicians, and other dealership personnel
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to meet customer expectations
• Manage inventory as per the weekly schedule and keep other staff informed of price and availability of parts
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for

• Computer literacy along with phone etiquette
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License upon employment
• Parts Technician Certificate and previous experience (considered an asset)
