- make necessary notes in sales order for purchasing
- Contact customer when required for credit card payment information
- Process credit cards (ensure CC information is destroyed immediately after processing)
- Send CC receipt to customer and attach a copy to the sales order
- Send order confirmation to customer
- regularly follow up on orders that are waiting for product from supplier
- Daily review of CSR report for follow up on orders not ready to ship
- create shipping documents and send to warehouse (print pick slip)
- Communicate with customer with regards to shipping information when required
- Regularly checking incoming emails
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders/invoices
