Available opportunities:
Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor
As a property and casualty insurance advisor, you promote and sell property and casualty coverage to individual clients. You analyze member/client needs and use your persuasive skills to help them choose the right coverage. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.
Main responsibilities:
  • Serve members and clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
  • Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
  • Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed
  • Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Claims Advisor – Auto Physical Damage
As an auto physical damage claims advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims. You handle low-complexity property insurance claims and all types of auto insurance claims. You investigate and approve claims in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies.
Main responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, review reports and other documents, and determine settlement amounts
  • Settle claims in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments as well as the contract terms to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with all parties involved in claims
  • Negotiate agreements with providers.

  • Employees choosing telework will be requested to occasionally attend on-site/in person activities throughout the year. Qualifications
  • University degree/college diploma preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of strong customer service experience
