Operations Administrator

FULL-TIME POSITION

BASED OUT OF RED DEER, ALBERTA

We are seeking an organized go getter, to support our Operations Coordinator. Previous Oil and Gas or Integrity Operations experience preferred. Must be reliable, detail oriented and able to work in an efficient manner from a remote work setting, located in Central Alberta to support procurement needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative services to support Operations through all stages of day to day and project execution. This role is broad in scope and requires the successful applicant to be flexible and collaborative in their approach.

Expectations of successful candidate:

  • Responsible to assist Operations Coordinator with operations such as scheduling, resource acquisition, cost reviews, data entry and any necessary documentation.
  • Provide support for vendor contract setup, material orders and determining cost of materials for budgeting purposes.
  • Ability to see a need and assist with it, to find gaps in operations they can assist with.
  • Maintain customer database, including work scheduling and follow up communications such as confirming upcoming jobs that are scheduled.
  • Attention to detail with good verbal and written client/team communication skills.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission and tracking of all project deliverables.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to provide an environment where remote work can be carried out, local to Red Deer area to run occassional errands..

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft 365 and Teams.
  • Experience with or ability to learn other operational systems such as OpenInvoice, Cortex,

FieldCap and Work Hub.

  • Aptitude for planning, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pick up supplies occasionally.
