Office Administrator Assistant Job at Yellow Goat Design Inc
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Assistant Assistant to join our award winning lighting design company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with the preparation and processing of quotations, as well as assisting with administration activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accurate and timely quotations for lighting design projects, in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure all necessary information is obtained to produce accurate quotations.
- Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing of materials, negotiation with suppliers, and managing delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure they are received on time and in accordance with specifications.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
