Are you an experienced Millwright ready to lead a team and with contractor experience? Our client is looking for you! Reporting directly to top management, the ideal candidate will work to supervising, quoting, scheduling team’s work and troubleshooting.

Who are we looking for?
- Experienced Millwright. Well-rounded expert in the trade.
- Leadership skills. Able to keep employees motivated and focused
- Experience as a contractor is an asset.
- Must be a strong communicator, organized, and confident in delegating and dealing with clients
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot. Problem solving skills.
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) - 433A License ( preferred)
What you will do?
- Quote, organize, and schedule jobs as needed
- Oversee the work being done by Millwrights in the shop/field
- Must keep the employees motivated and focused on all company safety policies and procedures
- Monitor performance, quality, and coordinate workflow
- Troubleshoot and deal with clients.
- Working on the tools when the schedule allows
- Other duties as required
Shifts: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday. 7:00am - 3:30pm. Weekend availability and optional overtime
Location: Brantford, Ontario
Terms of Employment:Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to $70 per hour (DOE)
