Role:

Enhance Health is looking for a medical receptionist to join our growing team. This is a part-time permanent position with the possibility of a full-time position. We are seeking a friendly customer service orientated, professional individual with a great attitude who can work independently and as part of a team. The role is accountable for the face of the business as you are the first point of contact at our facility.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Greeting and checking in all patients

· Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate recipient when necessary

· Data entry

· Electronically filing faxes

· Schedule and reschedule appointments

· Coordinating patients for multiple appointments

· Take payments

· Send, receive, and distribute mail

· Faxing and photocopying

Requirements:

· Medical Reception experience minimum of 2 years

· Superior verbal, written and electronic communication skills

· Strong attention to detail
