We are excited to present the opportunity of joining our team as Lead Software Engineering, where you will be tasked with working with the CEO on transforming these ambitious plans to executable deliverables. We expect to grow quickly over the coming years.

What you’ll do

Strategy

  • Transform our company vision and strategy into implementation plans.
  • Plan and implement the upgrade of our legacy technology stacks.
  • Participate in strategy discussions with Executives and VPs
  • Implement deployment pipelines, dev ops procedures, best practices, conventions, and documentations across the organization

Operations

  • Lead our small team of developers
  • Work collaboratively across our organization to help develop web products (sales, accounting, content, marketing, legal, etc.)
  • Establish standards of performance and monitor employee development
  • Contribute to the codebase as a full-stack developer

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including design, architecture, implementation, testing, and releasing.
  • Experience working in large teams and complex technology stacks
  • Ability to convert a product plan/vision into an executable plan with deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office environment
  • Four years of technical knowledge and experience in software development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
