Position Overview

Reporting to the UNIQLO IT leadership, the IT Associate Project Manager, UNIQLO EC/Logistics business area will be supporting the UNIQLO US EC business contributing to initiatives aimed at positioning UNIQLO as an innovative retailer with strong International Digital Operations as well as enable our multichannel strategy.

The primary role of the IT Associate Project Manager is to support the Senior IT Project Manager with day-to-day site operations support, bug triage and new e-commerce initiatives (ecommerce site, omni-channel and logistics). They will be working with stakeholders and vendors distributed globally.

Job Description

• UNIQLO USA & Canada, IT technical operational support and project management overseeing day-to-day site operations, bug triage and site enhancements.
• The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders to set expectations
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define business requirements, create project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget
• Manage overall project risks, issue resolution, and perform status reports to management
• Ensure that deliverables are delivered with the highest quality and standard.
• Systems: EC site (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Order Management System (Oracle JDE), Omni solution (Retail Connect) and WMS integration.
• Multiple vendor coordination and project management for various systems implementation.
• Device procurement for various devices used at warehouses and stores.

Project Coordination

• Vendor contract and payment management for multiple vendors.
• Project schedule management based on negotiated timeline with vendors.

Documentation

• All documents related to systems
• Vendor quote and invoice management

Desired Skills and Experiences

• 2-3 years of experience as a project manager (eCommerce, Omni Channel and Fulfillment) defining and managing project scope, timelines and effective delivery of digital solutions
• Bachelor degree
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
• Strong report creation and analysis skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervisor and manage several projects at the same time while effectively assessing priorities
• Ability to provide high level service and follow through and consistent work
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Fundamental programming and Computer knowledge
• Experience with implementation of EC, Omni, CRM and Logistics systems
• Experience in the Retail industry an asset
• Passion for current and emerging trends in Digital, CRM, POS applications, mobility, payment, security and consumer interactions
