JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an organized, creative and highly motivated individual for an internship as Assistant Product Manager for the Team Sports division. This internship is based at our Montreal head office (Ville Saint-Laurent). The successful candidate will report to the Product Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of projects.
Assist the product manager in his daily tasks
Putting content online on the B2B and B2C websites (press releases, photos, videos...)
Creation of products, updates of product data
Follow-up with suppliers for production until delivery of products
Follow-up on deliveries to our key retailers in Canada
Coordinate promotional activities with distributors to achieve sales objectives
Work with sales and marketing teams to coordinate activities and launch new products- Competitive intelligence and update information on the competition
- Update content for sales and marketing tools (web, publications, etc.)
Coordination of events and trade shows
PROFILE REQUIRED
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) effectively, and fluently in English- Creativity, desire to learn and work in the fields of marketing and communication
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Curiosity, ability to learn and adapt
- Interest in and mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Mail Chimp...)
- Affinity and knowledge in the field of sports and baseball is an asset
