EAE and AB Suite Implementation Specialist;

One of Randstad's Global Enterprise clients has a large, upcoming migration project to upgrade from the existing EAE platform to AB Suite in 2023.

The majority of work will be Remote but may require client visiting within North America. Our client is looking for a specialized AB Suite Implementation Specialist to aid with the migration project and be a liaison to translate technical concepts to non-technical client audiences. Responsibilities
Provide product demos, client/user education, and training with AB Suite.
Connect with existing clients and understand their business needs & technical queries.
Perform training sessions for clients on the new AB Suite platform.
Work collaboratively with Stakeholders and clients to manage the implementation of AB Suite thoroughly.
Stay up-to-date on new features and workflows within the software suite.
Build strong working relationships with clients.
Build rapport with clients and act as a “trusted advisor” regarding all AB Suite issues.
Travel to client sites may be required: must have the ability to travel within North America.

Qualifications
Experience migrating existing EAE scripts to Agile Business Suite
Prior experience with EAE (Enterprise application environment)
Seasoned with AB Suite migrations (Agile business suite)
Familiarity with Visual Studio
Hold education or training in fields related to the software industry
Proven experience providing software training to end-users
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with business clients and stakeholders
Proven ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Willingness to travel to client sites when requested (depending on territory, CAN or U.S.)
