Wage: $20.75 Hrly.

Overview:

As a Human Resources Assistant you are expected to assist the Human Resources department by supporting daily objectives.

Schedule:

You will be scheduled for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Assisting with Weekly Payroll Administration for Hourly Employees

· Perform General Administrative duties including filing and scanning documents

· Perform Report Maintenance and Manipulation of data

· Assisting in recruitment activities

· Executing onboarding process (Coordinating orientation, preparing documents)

· Handling of employee records and paperwork in a confidential manner

· Any other tasks assigned to assist the HR departments daily functions

Qualification Requirements

· Working towards or interested in a Career in Human Resources or a business function alike

· Preference given to recent Graduate of Business Administration or HR, and/or payroll experience/education

· Those with interest in the field with no experience are also encouraged to apply
