Seeking individuals who like to get paid to work out! We currently have openings in our housekeeping department where you could be cleaning rooms, doing laundry, or conversing with guests while making our public areas sparkle! These positions require a lot of movement, running up and down stairs and carrying what we consider housekeeping weights (linen and terry). If you are looking for a healthy lifestyle then this position may be for you.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Launder hotel linens and terry
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Clean changing rooms and showers
• Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements

We are able to train candidates for this position and require no special experience, but there are a few benchmarks which need to be met before hiring. Before applying, please ask yourself- Can I communicate effectively in English? Can I show up on time for all of my scheduled shifts? Am I physically able to lift up to 25 pounds, and work on my feet for extended periods? Bonus points for previous experience, and great people skills!
