At Pelmorex, our mission has been to get smarter insights into the hands of our clients so that they can make profitable decisions. We are looking for a seasoned product leader who will continue to innovate our product suite which spans from a proprietary DSP and in-store attribution platform to B2B audience insights platform. This role will focus on the continuous iteration of existing platforms, as well as the development of net-new innovations, all while coaching and developing a team of Product Owners.

WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LIKE?
- Craft an overall product vision designed for growth.
- Coach the team to identify near- and long-term initiatives to build your product roadmap.
- Set the strategic direction as well as lead the overall execution of your product vision.
- Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by coaching a team of product managers to distill user problems, write hypotheses, and describe desired outcomes.
- Build a strong team culture with a focus on execution and result, while maintaining curiosity and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Data Science and Engineering to achieve our goals
- Maximize client profitability and monitor key business metrics to exceed industry growth.
WHAT MAKES YOU REALLY STAND OUT:
- Minimum 7-10 years building and scaling high-growth software products, ideally with experience in data/advertising platform product management
- Deep interest and experience working with the advertising and business insights technologies
- Understanding of product management principles, with experience managing a team of product managers in an agile environment
- Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, key players in the Canadian market, and the ability to anticipate future market needs
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to handle a number of competing priorities simultaneously
WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE:
- Product Management: Strong knowledge and experience in product management, strategic planning, and project management sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives (experience preferably in adtech and/or SAAS)
- Analytical: Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business priorities
- Leadership: Well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Relationship Management: Meet business objectives by managing relationships and working effectively with internal and external partners including Marketing and other lines of business, partners and vendors.
- You can demonstrate experience in business planning and business case development. You have strategic planning skills sufficient to establish and co-ordinate complex assignments and projects which can be ambiguous in nature.
