As a Temporary Labour Pool - Production Operator, you will be working in our manufacturing plant conveniently located in Tilbury, Ontario, alongside the 401 Highway.

In this role you will be expected to quickly learn and continuously demonstrate key elements of our work culture:

· Working safely, at all times

· Verifying 100% quality production for our customers

· Striving to meet or exceed manufacturing goals

These are light assembly jobs and you will be standing for the duration of the shift. We require you to wear CSA approved steel-toe safety shoes. We will provide hearing protection, masks and safety glasses. You may be assigned to trim, assemble and pack plastic parts utilizing automated equipment, and at the same time you will:

• Inspect 100% of part production
• Learn, understand, and complete document charts - SPC
• Complete quality checks of product
• Identify product defects and notify appropriate personnel
• Notify assigned personnel of any equipment, material, or process method’s issues and concerns
• Conduct gauging, product inspection and testing as per control plan

The schedule is Monday to Friday on a 3-shift rotation, as needed. You will be expected to accept overtime work, when asked, which might include Saturdays and Sundays. Potential start date is immediate, and ongoing, until we have the right people in place. Please note: We are not hiring students at this time.
