Front Desk Agent Job at Grand Forks Inn
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and guest service-oriented individuals to join our Front Desk Team. You must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job duties
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by email, by telephone and in person
- Provide information about services available in the community
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Assist clients/ guests with special needs
- Handle wake-up calls
- Provide customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
