ABOUT US: The Rinox Group is a family business that brings together three companies offering prestigious products and services for the exterior of your homes. The ultimate goal is to create spaces of beauty for outdoor landscaping. The three companies are: Rinox – manufacturer of concrete products for over 20 years, Aquarino/Dolphin pools – manufacturer of fiberglass pools and Rialux – manufacturer of aluminum cladding panels.

ROLE: We are currently looking for a Foreman for our plant located in Trenton, ON. A huge challenge awaits you! Several structured procedures must be put in place. Being a new position, the description below may be subject to change.

RESPONSABILITIES :

· Ensure increased monitoring of the various workstations

· Act as a resource person for plant employees (forklift drivers, day laborers, operators, laminar, etc.)

· Maintain the health and safety standards in force in the company by building new procedures and making sure they are being followed and respected.

· Ensure product compliance with current company standards by building a quality control procedure

· Ensure the development of staff in order to meet the growing needs of the company

· Develop systems, analysis processes and reports, to monitor and optimize productivity, in order to ensure the profitability of the plant

· Participate in meetings related to management

· Any other duties designated by the General Manager

· Possibility of travel at company expense

EXPERIENCES ET SKILLS :

· Experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years)

· Experience in the manufacturing sector (asset)

· Team management and good leadership

· Problem solving / strategic thinking / analytical mind

· Bilingual (French) (asset)

· Toute autre scolarité ou expérience jugée pertinente

· Great autonomy
