About This Role

We are looking for someone who is well-versed at providing specialized business management guidance and support, but also motivated to implement policies, processes and initiatives that meet TD’s overarching business management, strategy and governance objectives. In this role, you may also provide complex reporting, analysis and assessments.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Experience Messaging & Implementation Manager, the Experience Messaging Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the successful and rapid delivery of online messages for TD’s web properties. Works directly with Sales, Marketing and/or the LOB to implement campaigns.

Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:

  • Create and implement ad campaigns in multiple ad-serving platforms used by TD Bank (ApppNexus Open Ad Stream, Adobe Target).
  • Update and maintain various internal processes such as Omniture tracking documents and ad calendars.
  • Interface with Experience Messaging Manager, Front End Developers, AppNexus Technical Support to solve technical problems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking problems as they arise and resolve them quickly.
  • Perform testing on creative, associated code, campaign set-up, including all tracking links and list targeted messaging.
  • Highlight any trafficking problems in a clear concise, and timely manner.
  • Monitor online campaigns and provide trafficking and troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns.
  • Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be available on off hours and weekends when critical situations arise (on rare occasions) and new advertising products are being deployed.
  • Basic knowledge of JS, CSS, HTML, AJAX is plus
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

  • College or University Graduate.
  • 2 - 5 years of ad operations, online media, or other advertising experience.
  • Proficiency in various Ad Serving platforms such as Adobe Standard, AppNexus Ad Serving Platform.
  • Experience with behavioral targeting.
  • Client centric with the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship management and communications.
  • Problem solving / analytical thinking skills.
  • A strong focus on attention to detail to produce high quality, accurate and timely deliverables to meet deadlines are also required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfort and experience with a fast-paced environment.
