The Director of Finance will be responsible for mentoring the existing finance team as well as:
- Establishing internal controls to ensure the accuracy of accounting data
- Creating management reports
- Forecasting, cash flow management, and budgeting
- Developing and maintaining accounting and data collecting systems
- Management of month, quarter, and yearly ends
- Providing the leadership team financial knowledge to support strategic business decisions.
- Managing and developing the finance department
