We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies, driving online visibility, and maximizing customer engagement. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, online visibility, and customer engagement.
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including creative teams, product managers, and sales teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key digital marketing partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation, reviews, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills is a necessity
  • Able to learn quickly and maintain a high-level of product knowledge
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
