Position Summary:

As a Co-op with the Customer Success department at HEADCHECK Health, you will be responsible for assisting Customer Success representatives with daily tasks including but not limited to: understanding and enforcement of a customer organization's concussion protocol, communication with customers and providing support, creation of customer-facing materials, day-to-day account transactions and support, and analysis and development of monthly data reports and summaries. Your work will directly impact a customer's experience to ensure they are improving their organization/league’s concussion protocol through injury management to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their current process, areas requiring improvement and then key wins/opportunities throughout the year.

- Work with teams to grow and coach adoption and use of concussion best practices with Sports Teams

- Work with Product and Marketing teams in the development of product-related marketing and communication materials, tools, and internal resources

- Assist with providing support activities for new customers including system configuration, data management, content migration, etc

- Work closely with sales and customer success to drive referrals

- Author blogs/helpful articles, emails, social network posts and other creative elements which may help your customers

- Create and maintain job aids and reference resources for administrators and end users

- Manage support call and change requests submitted to the Customer Success queue

- Effectively and efficiently communicating progress to the senior leadership

- Other responsibilities as the role requires

Passions, skills, and competencies would include:

- Experience working in or participating in sport as an athlete, coach, manager or medical team member like an Athletic Therapist, Team Trainer, Physiotherapist or Safety Officer

- A passion for helping people with a strong interest in the health care field

- Have a natural curiosity, excellent communication skills, an aptitude for making friends wherever you go, and a competitive streak that helps you get the information you need to achieve results
